Gym etiquette
Four things that keep the gym great for everyone.
- Wipe down equipment after use. Use the spray bottles and towels provided. Every machine and bench, every time.
- Re-rack your weights. Put dumbbells, plates, and bars back where you found them. Keep the floor clear and safe.
- Keep noise reasonable. Headphones for music. Controlled drops are fine — slamming weights damages equipment.
- Share during busy times. Keep sets moving, offer to let others work in. It goes both ways.
